Ridgemont Estates Roadway and Stormwater Improvements Project

In December 2024, the city completed the study for a proposed Ridgemont Estates roadway and stormwater improvement project.  The study evaluated existing site conditions to assist in the future development of this project. View the final study here.

• Evaluation of project scope to balance cost, value, constructability and impact.

The goal of this study was to evaluate the current site conditions that are resulting in damage to roadways. The evaluation of the current site conditions included the geotechnical evaluation and the evaluation of the existing stormwater system. The study will be used to develop a preferred design alternative to improve these conditions for a sustainable roadway.
