Spokane Regional Stormwater Manual

The Spokane Regional Stormwater Management Manual (SRSM) applies to development projects and establishes design standards for stormwater design and management to protect water quality, natural drainage systems, and down-gradient properties. The SRSM was jointly developed by Spokane County, the City of Spokane Valley and the City of Spokane.
