CenterPlace partners with an award-winning catering company to provide locally sourced food and beverage services.
Policy
When renting indoor facilities at CenterPlace, groups and individuals are required to use the in-house catering service, which operates daily. Groups are welcome to supply their own cake for special occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. Groups and individuals that rent outdoor spaces can use in-house catering or utilize other catering companies.
Food and beverages are permitted in all conference facilities except the auditorium, where only coffee and snacks are allowed. Alcohol service inside CenterPlace is allowed and must be provided and served by the in-house caterer. Alcohol service in outdoor spaces is also allowed and can be provided and served by either the in-house caterer or another catering company. The catering service will complete the application and file the permit for alcohol service.
