The room has direct access to a small outdoor patio with cafe-style seating, and a walkway to the plaza. A built-in video wall and stage are available. Seats up to 350 at six-foot round tables.

The 3,780-square-foot Fireside Lounge offers a cozy fireplace, an elegant bar and dance floor. Large windows provide scenic forest views and event attendees can enjoy an attached outside deck. The room can seat up to 150 at six-foot round tables. The space is perfect for a small reception, evening banquet or corporate celebration.

The 120-seat auditorium is designed to support a main speaker or group presentation. Plush seating, enhanced lighting and high quality audio/visual equipment provide the backdrop for a successful event.

CenterPlace offers 10 breakout meeting rooms, each ranging from 644 to 1,508 square feet in size. These rooms can accommodate 40 to 120 plus individuals, depending on setup. Staff can recommend a range of options to ensure the success of small conferences, corporate retreats or strategy sessions, workshops, trainings, or community meetings.
