Active Transportation Plan (SVATP)
The City of Spokane Valley is developing its first Active Transportation Plan (SVATP) to improve safety, accessibility, and connectivity for people walking, biking, and rolling. The plan will establish a community-driven vision for a citywide bicycle and pedestrian network, identify gaps in the current system, and prioritize improvements to make active travel safer and more connected across the city.
Your feedback will help identify problem areas, missing connections, and priorities for future investments across the city. Please take a few minutes to share your thoughts by completing the survey and adding comments directly to the interactive map.

- Prioritize projects and improvements based on data and community input
- Support future capital planning and funding applications
