The city’s Housing and Homelessness Services program assists individuals experiencing homelessness in finding resources for a path toward stability and supports residents and businesses that interact with individuals experiencing homelessness.
The Legislative Policy Services program coordinates the city's legislative efforts and assists with ongoing collaboration and outreach with stakeholders and partners across county, state and federal governments. This program is also responsible for various ad hoc projects, including community outreach and special assignments as directed by the city manager.
The City of Spokane Valley Communications Division is responsible for providing the community with transparent and timely information about city services, programs, projects and emergency notifications through a variety of communications channels, as well as recruiting community input and participation to inform city decision-making.
