About
The City of Spokane Valley Communications Division is responsible for providing the community with transparent and timely information about city services, programs, projects and emergency notifications through a variety of communications channels, as well as recruiting community input and participation to inform city decision-making.
Media Relations
The city communications manager is the public information officer (PIO), responding to media inquiries and emergency communication needs.
The City contracts police services with the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office. Police-related media inquiries should be directed to the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office PIO.
