Incentive Area Map

Spokane Valley continues to make it easier and more predictable to develop properties in the city. The city has adopted State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) infill exemption areas where residential, mixed-use, and commercial non-retail development is Categorically Exempt from the city's SEPA regulations. The Spokane Valley Incentive Map shows these infill exemption areas as well as all of the vacant and partially used properties within the city.
