Lodging Tax Grants now available

2024 Application season is now open

The City of Spokane Valley is seeking applications for Spokane Valley Lodging Tax grants. Eligible applicants are nonprofit organizations, for-profit businesses, and public agencies.  The purpose of the grants is to fund events and marketing activities in 2024 that promote tourism in the City of Spokane Valley and enhance the city’s local economy.  

To be considered for funding, grant applications and any additional presentation materials must be submitted through the online submission process found on the Grant Funding webpage on the City’s website.  Each applicant will be expected to deliver a 5-minute presentation of their proposal at the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee meeting.  This is anticipated to be held on October 26, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. at CenterPlace Regional Event Center, Spokane Valley, Washington.

To participate, please follow the RFP instructions and guidelines and submit proposals through the online grant submission form located at www.spokanevalleywa.gov/190/Grant-Funding-Opportunities.  The deadline to submit proposals is 4:00 p.m. Friday, September 29, 2023. No materials will be accepted after the deadline.
