REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)
Real Estate Broker Services
The City of Spokane Valley seeks proposals from commercial real estate brokerage firms that specialize in commercial and/or residential properties to provide general consulting and to assist in the sale, purchase and transfer of real estate properties. It is the intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to have the successful broker/firm, enter into an Agreement for Consultant Services with the City of Spokane Valley to supply real estate services as needed.

Deadline for submittal of Qualifications is 4:00 P.M. (local time), Friday, July 7, 2023. Submittals received after this time will not be accepted. Any firm responding to the RFQ should deliver four print copies and one electronic copy (preferably with all attachments in one pdf document) of its proposal to the City of Spokane Valley, Attn: Virginia Clough, 10210 E.
