ADDENDUM NO. 3
All consultants are required to base their Statement of Qualifications submittal upon the information furnished in this addendum. The following corrections/modifications are hereby made a part of the Request for Qualifications.
Request for Qualifications for Barker Road Improvements
All pages, delete all references to the “October 20, 2025 by 3:00 PM” submission date and replace with “October 27, 2025 by 3:00 PM”
Page 2, under “Scope of Work”, delete the first sentence of the second paragraph.
Page 2, under “Schedule”, replace this section with the following:
“The City anticipates the following schedule for completion of the RFQ and services outlined:
RFQ publication date: September 19, 2025
SOQ submission date: October 27, 2025 by 3:00 PM
Evaluation of SOQs: Week of October 27, 2025
Notification of Finalist(s): Week of November 3, 2025
Finalist(s) Interviews: Week of November 17, 2025
City decision by: Week of November 24, 2025
Anticipated start date: December 1, 2025”
Page 4, the “Schedule Approach” evaluation criteria max score is changed to 15 points.
Page 4, the “DBE Participation Plan” evaluation criteria is deleted.
