ON-CALL ROAD GRADERS FOR SNOW REMOVAL
2025-2026 SNOW SEASON
Notice is hereby given that the City of Spokane Valley, Spokane County, Washington, will accept sealed bids for On-Call Road Graders for Snow Removal.
Copies of the proposal packet may be obtained by contacting Lorri Latiolais, City of Spokane Valley Public Works Department at 509-720-5008 or by email at llatiolais@spokanevalleywa.gov Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes marked with “ON-CALL ROAD GRADERS FOR SNOW REMOVAL” and addressed to Lorri Latiolais, City of Spokane Valley, 10210 E. Sprague Avenue, Spokane Valley, Washington, 99206, and received not later than 10:00 a.m., Friday, September 26, 2025. Bids will not be publicly read.
The City of Spokane Valley reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities and to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid after the time announced for the bid opening, or before the award and execution of the contract, unless the award is delayed for a period exceeding sixty (60) days.
