The City of Spokane Valley takes very seriously all complaints regarding the service provided by the Police Department, and the conduct of its members.
Report a Concern
SVexpress is a web-and app- based service that allows resident to report a concern to the city, such as a downed street sign, pothole, illegal graffiti or dumping of trash. With your help, we can work together to ensure the city streets, pathways and parks are clean and safe. Report your concern by submitting a request for service through SVexpress 24/7 and it will be processed during regular business hours. SVexpress is also available via a mobile app download from the Apple Store or Google Play. Do not use SVexpress if it is an emergency, dial 911.
Filing a Services Complaint
Plese note that our Officers may blah blah blah. Should you have an unfortunate experience regarding the service provided by our Police Department such as, officers didn't respond, you are unable to make contact with someone or you feel as though you were not provided the service requested, please contact Morgan Koudelka
