All proposers are required to base their Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) furnished in these questions; The following corrections/modifications are hereby made a part of the Request for Qualifications.
1. Question: I would like to confirm the city is looking for the consultant to prepare legal descriptions as part of the task. a. Preparing legal descriptions is intended to be included in this contract.
2. Question: Regarding attachments. Does the city consider resumes to be an attachment, or part of the 10-page response? a. Resumes will be accepted as an attachment, not counting toward the 10 page response limit.
