REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Landscape Maintenance: Parks, Trails, and Open Spaces

The City of Spokane Valley (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified entities for landscape maintenance at City parks, trails, and other open spaces.  Up to three contracts may be awarded for three scopes of service for 1) Linear Parks & Roadway Landscape Maintenance, 2) Designated Parks Landscape Maintenance, and 3) Signature Parks Landscape Maintenance.   

The full request for proposal, including the specifications for each scope of service, and submittal requirements may be obtained on the City’s website at RFP-Landscape Maintenance: Parks, Trails, and Open Spaces, by clicking the link at the bottom, or by contacting John Bottelli at jbottelli@spokanevalleywa.gov or 509-720-5400.  Proposals must be received no later than 5 p.m. November 7, 2023.  The City of Spokane Valley, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The City of Spokane Valley in accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act (Section 504) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), commits to nondiscrimination on the basis of disability, in all of its programs and activities.
